MEDICAL ACCESS · 医疗服务入口

Care in China.
Arranged with clarity.

One entrance for urgent help, routine care during a trip and planned specialist services. Choose the route first; health information belongs only in the later secure service desk.

Public page collects no medical data
Emergency?

For immediate medical emergencies in China, call 120. Give the exact location, the main symptoms and a callback number. Do not wait for a booking or coordinator response.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN

Health data needs a different door.

01 · MINIMUM DATA

Nothing clinical here.

This public page does not ask for symptoms, test results, images, diagnoses, passport scans, insurance records, medication or payment details.

02 · SEPARATE CONSENT

One purpose at a time.

The later secure desk must ask explicit, separate consent for intake, each provider referral, any interpreter or coordinator access, and any cross-border transfer.

03 · CONTROLLED ACCESS

Only who needs it.

Medical information must be encrypted, role-limited, logged, retained for a defined period and deleted or exported on a verified request where applicable.

Service boundary: ctrip.wiki is not a medical provider and this page does not diagnose, triage or replace emergency services. Clinical decisions remain with appropriately licensed medical institutions and professionals. The privacy design baseline follows GDPR principles for health data, including explicit consent, data minimisation, privacy by design and an impact assessment before a secure intake opens; in China, medical health information is also sensitive personal information requiring a specific purpose, necessity, strict safeguards and separate consent. Read the official references: GDPR, PIPL, emergency guidance.
